We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage the accounts receivable process, ensure timely invoices are issued, collect payments, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. This position is essential to ensuring healthy cash flow across the company.

Tasks

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.

• Follow up on accounts receivable and collect late payments

• Review bank statements to track incoming payments and reconcile transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams (including engineers) to verify project milestones to ensure accurate invoices.

• Maintain continuous communication with customers via phone calls, emails, and personal visits when necessary to ensure payment collection.

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support effective collections and resolution of inquiries

• Assist in resolving any payment issues and disputes efficiently and professionally.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and assist with external reviews.

• Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
