Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of doors, door frames, locks, cabinets, wardrobes, and wooden fixtures.

Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.

Inspect completed work to ensure high quality and compliance with building standards.

Assist in the maintenance of other building systems if required (basic handyman support).

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other maintenance team members when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter in residential and/or commercial settings.

Knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment, and techniques.

Ability to work from drawings, plans, and technical instructions.

Physical strength and stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

Basic knowledge of other maintenance areas (e.g., painting, tiling) is an advantage.

Leasing Manager

 Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly and effectively to tenant inquiries and concerns.

· Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues.

· Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes professionally.

· Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.

· Enforce lease agreements and property rules.

· Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing.

· Prepare and monitor property budgets.

· Track and analyze property expenses.

· Prepare financial reports for management.

· Oversee property maintenance and repairs.

Control access to the building and verify the identity of visitors.

Report suspicious behavior or safety risks to management immediately.

Provide basic assistance to residents and maintain order in public spaces.

Requirements:

Valid Lifeguard Certificate issued by Dubai Municipality (mandatory).

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Previous experience in lifeguarding and/or building security is preferred.

Strong observation skills and the ability to stay alert for long periods.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Physically fit, punctual, honest, and reliable.
