About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience in the UAE to oversee construction activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among various stakeholders at the construction site to maintain workflow alignment.

• Enforce site safety regulations to ensure safe work environments.

• Inspect ongoing construction works to confirm compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

• Review and verify delivered materials meet technical specifications.

• Procure necessary materials in a timely manner to prevent delays in work progress.

• Supervise workers to ensure safety and timely task completion.

Requirements

• 10 to 13 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in civil construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on civil engineering experience (preferred).

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.

نبحث عن مهندس مشروع متمرس يتمتع بخبرة من 10 إلى 13 سنة في الإمارات، للإشراف على الأنشطة الإنشائية وضمان تطبيق معايير السلامة وجودة التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد.

التفاصيل

• التنسيق بين مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في موقع العمل لضمان سير العمل بانسجام

• تطبيق لوائح السلامة في الموقع لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة

• فحص الأعمال الإنشائية الجارية للتأكد من مطابقتها للمعايير والمتطلبات

• فحص المواد التي يتم توريدها للموقع للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية

• تأمين المواد في الوقت المناسب لضمان عدم تعطل سير العمل

• الإشراف على العمال لضمان تنفيذ المهام بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد

الشروط

• خبرة من 10 إلى 13 سنة في الإمارات، ويفضل في مشاريع البناء المدني

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الهندسة المدنية (يفضل)

• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية مع قدرة على التنسيق والتواصل الفعّال

• الإلمام بلوائح البناء والسلامة في دولة الإمارات
