Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our warehouse staff three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Specialty in preparing excellent Biryani is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for warehouse staff daily

• Plan menus, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences

• Source and manage food supplies, ensuring freshness, quality, and cost-effectiveness

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

• Wash and sanitize all cooking utensils, dishes, and equipment

• Ensure proper storage of food items

• Manage kitchen waste effectively

• Prepare Biryani that meets high standards of taste and quality

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies as needed

Qualifications and Skills
