  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لتطوير الأعمال لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات.

  • تحليل أنشطة المنافسين لتحديد المزايا التنافسية وتعديل الاستراتيجيات بناءً على ذلك.

• تحديد وتطوير الفرص التجارية:

  • تحديد الشراكات المحتملة في قطاعات مثل التجزئة، الطعام والمشروبات، الإعلانات، وغيرها من مصادر الإيرادات غير الجوية.

  • تطوير العروض التجارية والعروض التقديمية للعملاء والشركاء المحتملين.

  • التفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات مع الشركاء التجاريين الجدد.

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض التقديمي.

  • إتقان أبحاث السوق، التحليل المالي، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للأعمال.

  • مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.

• الخبرة:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال غير الجوية أو مجال مشابه.

  • معرفة شاملة بمصادر الإيرادات غير الجوية مثل الإعلانات، مواقف السيارات، وسائل النقل الأرضية، وما إلى ذلك.

  • الإلمام بعمليات المطار وإدارة المتنازلين يعد ميزة كبيرة.
