We are seeking a skilled Fund Accounting Manager to lead, mentor, and support a team of fund accountants. Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive training program for new staff
Collaborate with Client Integration and operations teams for client onboarding
Oversee and support a team of fund accountants, driving performance and development

Provide performance feedback and participate in management discussions
Review financial statements and reconciliation packages
Act as primary contact with clients for reporting matters

Qualifications

Strong experience in fund administration, preferably with hedge funds and private equity

• Prepare periodic financial reports including NAV calculations and financial statements

• Execute financial control over assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and equity

• Reconcile cash, portfolios, and capital independently, resolving discrepancies
