تساعد شركة Gecko Robotics أهم المنظمات في العالم على ضمان توفر وموثوقية واستدامة البنية التحتية الحيوية. تجمع حلول Gecko المتكاملة والمترابطة بين الروبوتات المتسلقة للجدران وأجهزة الاستشعار الرائدة في الصناعة ومنصة بيانات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لتوفير نافذة فريدة للعملاء حول صحة أصولهم المادية الحالية والمستقبلية. وهذا يمكن من اتخاذ قرارات في الوقت الفعلي لزيادة كفاءة وأمان العمليات، وتعزيز الجاهزية للمهام، وحماية البيئة والحضارة من آثار فشل البنية التحتية.

المهام الوظيفية:

• هذا دور يتطلب فترات دوران مدتها ثلاثة أشهر في الإمارات.

• سيكون المتخصص في NDT Advanced في الخطوط الأمامية من فحوصاتنا الصناعية.

• يلعب هذا الدور دورًا رئيسيًا في ضمان تلبية احتياجات العملاء من خلال تقديم فحوصات لمنتجات الروبوتات الميدانية في محطات الطاقة، والمصافي النفطية، وطواحين الورق، والبيئات الصناعية الأخرى في جميع أنحاء أمريكا الشمالية.

• عند عدم العمل في الميدان، سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولًا عن صيانة الروبوتات في الورشة، والمساعدة في إنشاء الإجراءات، وتدريب الفنيين الجدد.

المسؤوليات:

• الالتزام بسياسات السلامة في الميدان وفي الورشة وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة.

• الإشراف وتشغيل معدات فحص الروبوتات وضمان نزاهة البيانات في البيئات الصناعية.

• ضمان أعلى مستوى من رضا العملاء من خلال التواصل الفعال وتنفيذ المهام.

• طلب وتوجيه ملاحظات العملاء والمنتجات بغرض تحسين الجودة ونطاق الخدمات.

• إتمام المهام الإدارية المختلفة مثل تقارير النفقات، وتسجيل ساعات العمل، والأوراق الأخرى المتعلقة بالأنشطة في الميدان.

Job Role Overview:

• This is a US-based role that requires three-month rotation periods in the UAE.

• The NDT Advanced Specialist is on the front lines of our industrial inspections.

• This position plays a key role in ensuring customer needs are met by providing inspections for in-field robotic products at power plants, oil and gas refineries, paper mills, and other industrial environments throughout North America.

• When not in the field, this position will complete functions in the shop for robot maintenance, assisting with creating procedures, and training newer technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure to follow all safety policies in the field and shop and identify potential safety hazards.

• Oversee and operate robotic inspection equipment and ensure data integrity in industrial environments.

• Ensure highest customer satisfaction through effective communication and job execution.

• Solicit and relay customer and product feedback for the purposes of improving quality and scope of services.

• Complete various administrative functions including expense reports, time sheets, and other paperwork covering activities in the field.

• Participate in the training process for NDT professionals.
