المسؤوليات:

إجراء العد الدوري للأصناف (سبائك الذهب، العملات الذهبية، والألماس المعتمد) وطباعة التقارير وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة من قبل قسم التدقيق.
الحفاظ على مفاتيح المتجر تحت مسؤوليتك الشخصية (إذا تم تفويضك من قبل الإدارة).
الالتزام بالحضور المنتظم وفي الوقت المحدد في المتجر.
تنظيف وتلميع وترتيب جميع مواد العرض سواء كانت قيد الاستخدام أو لا وفقًا لمعايير العرض وتقديم تقارير إلى مدير المتجر/ مساعد مدير المتجر عن المواد الزائدة.
تقديم جميع المعلومات المطلوبة عن المنتجات والأسعار للعميل وإتمام عملية البيع بفعالية.
في حالة عدم توفر المنتج، فهم متطلبات العميل بدقة وتسجيلها في سجل المتجر والتواصل مع مدير المتجر؛ متابعة الأمر.

Responsibilities:

Greet all customers entering the store, assess and understand their needs, and guide them to the specific counter, ensuring no customer is left unattended.
Ensure the accuracy and proper functioning of weighing scales, calculators, diamond testers, and all other equipment.
Perform regular counts of items (gold bars, gold coins, certified diamonds) and print reports as per procedures set by Audit.
Safeguard store keys (if authorized by management).
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at the store according to the store timings and work schedule.
Clean, polish, and rearrange all product display materials as per VM standards and report excessive display materials to the Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager.
Provide all required product and price information to customers and effectively close the sale.
If a product is unavailable, understand the customer's exact requirement, record it in the store register, and communicate it to the Store Manager; follow up on the same.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Arabic.
Strong communication skills.
Additional skills related to sales and customer service.
