• Pay: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Childcare, school drop-offs, and pick-ups

• Organizing and managing children's activities

• Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Managing groceries and making food orders

 Flooring Installation Trainings Manager Opportunity at Floorworld – Competitive Salary!

Job Summary:
Floorworld is looking for a dedicated and experienced Flooring Installation Trainings Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs for our in-house and subcontracted flooring installation teams. This role is critical to ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, in line with Floorworld’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead structured training programs for a wide range of flooring systems including SPC, vinyl, carpet tiles, engineered wood, parquet, laminate, raised access flooring, and more

• Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions in the warehouse and on live project sites

• Evaluate installer skill levels and maintain an up-to-date skills matrix for all team members

• Support the onboarding and assessment process for new installers

• Design and update training materials such as SOPs, installation manuals, video tutorials, and safety checklists

• Monitor and report on installer performance and provide ongoing coaching for improvement

• Work with Project Managers and the QA/QC team to address installation defects or complaints through targeted retraining

• Ensure all installation teams adhere to Floorworld’s quality and safety standards at all times

• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, adhesives, and installation techniques

• Coordinate refresher trainings, toolbox talks, and certification programs as needed

• Visit sites regularly to audit installation work and provide real-time feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in flooring installation, with at least 2 years in a training, supervisory, or leadership role

• Expert knowledge of multiple flooring types and best installation practices

• Proven ability to lead, teach, and motivate multi-cultural teams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Ability to evaluate performance and maintain clear training records and installer KPIs

• Comfortable working on-site and in warehouse environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or training documentation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC flooring industry

• Familiarity with Floorworld products and installation methods

• Certification in workplace safety, construction supervision, or technical training

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والأدوات والمواد اللاصقة وتقنيات التركيب في الصناعة

• تنسيق تدريبات تجديدية، محادثات في صندوق الأدوات، وبرامج الشهادات حسب الحاجة

• زيارة المواقع بانتظام لتدقيق أعمال التركيب وتقديم تعليقات فورية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تركيب الأرضيات، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور تدريبي أو إشرافي أو قيادي

• معرفة متعمقة بأنواع متعددة من الأرضيات وأفضل ممارسات التركيب

• قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتعليم وتحفيز الفرق متعددة الثقافات في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة

• مهارات تنظيمية واتصال قوية (شفهية وكتابية)

• القدرة على تقييم الأداء والحفاظ على سجلات تدريب واضحة ومؤشرات أداء المثبتين

• الراحة في العمل في المواقع البيئية والمستودعات

• إجادة في استخدام Microsoft Office ومنصات توثيق التدريب

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة سابقة في صناعة الأرضيات في الإمارات أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
