برنامج "بداية مهنية" في سلسلة الإمداد مصمم لإلهام وإرشاد الخريجين الجدد من خلال تجارب مهنية مهمة. على مدار عامين، ستتنقل بين مهام متنوعة في مجالات التصنيع، والمصادر، وإدارة المواد، واللوجستيات، والجودة، وتحسين العمليات، والصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وعمليات الخدمات. بجانب التعلم العملي، ستحصل على تدريب رسمي وشهادات في LEAN Six Sigma، وAPICS، وعمليات سلسلة الإمداد. ستتولى أيضًا مهام القيادة والمشاركة في مشاريع لحل التحديات التجارية الهامة.

• المهام الدورية: العمل في مجالات متنوعة في سلسلة الإمداد، مثل التصنيع، والمصادر، واللوجستيات، والصحة والسلامة والبيئة، لتطوير مجموعة مهارات شاملة.

• التدريب والشهادات: إتمام منهج تدريبي شامل في سلسلة الإمداد، بما في ذلك شهادات في LEAN Six Sigma، وAPICS، وعمليات سلسلة الإمداد.

• التواصل والشبكات: بناء شبكة علاقات عالمية وعبر الأقسام، وقيادة المشاريع مع الزملاء، والتفاعل مع القادة العالميين في الأعمال.

• حل المشكلات: العمل على التحديات التجارية الحرجة من خلال فرق متعددة الوظائف، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة لعمليات سلسلة الإمداد.

✅ المؤهلات والمهارات

• درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة، أو التصنيع، أو سلسلة الإمداد، أو تخصص مشابه من جامعة معتمدة.

• الحد الأقصى من ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة العملية بعد التخرج.

• مواطن إماراتي وقادر على السفر دوليًا.

• الحق القانوني للعمل في الإمارات دون الحاجة لرعاية الشركة أو قيود زمنية.

• معدل تراكمي 3.0/4.0 أو أعلى.

• التخرج في آخر 36 شهرًا.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية، مع مهارات تواصل قوية.

• قابلية التنقل الجغرافي حيث أن المهام قد تختلف في المواقع.

• شغف بخدمات سلسلة الإمداد واستعداد لتولي مهام القيادة.
