The Facilities Manager will ensure the smooth operation of Weatherford OEPS facility standards across all base facilities and staff houses. This includes overseeing subcontractor activities, managing resources, implementing HSE standards, and ensuring compliance with local legislation. The role requires managing transportation fleets, preventive maintenance, waste reduction, and contributing to the environmental improvement plan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of Weatherford OEPS Facility Safety standards across all base facilities and staff houses.

• Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with Weatherford policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with PL OMs on location to share resources such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and pressure test bays.

• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities for major and minor shop components.

• Track, report, and publish monthly utilities consumption at base.

• Ensure that all necessary base operating licenses and certifications required by local legislation are up to date and valid.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in maintaining facility standards, overseeing subcontractors, and managing resources.

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and compliance with local legislation.

• Ability to collaborate with various teams and manage multiple priorities.
