Lead the delivery of Oracle OFSAA Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) projects, covering AML, ECM, and KYC solutions.
Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring budget, scope, and schedule compliance.
Develop detailed project plans, outlining resources, timelines, and budgets, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
Manage cross-functional teams, collaborating with technical, regulatory, and business stakeholders for effective project delivery.
Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions and escalating critical problems.
Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and lead project status meetings, communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a motivating and inclusive team environment that promotes peak performance.

Senior CyberArk Engineer

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Support enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations.
Responsible for the design, deployment, operations, and development of privileged access management frameworks.
Drive automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Provide ongoing operations support, including management reporting and operations dashboards related to privileged account governance.
Demonstrate expertise in CyberArk deployment, configuration, and management, with the ability to provide regional support and integration through APIs.
Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and SQL for report development and automating processes.
Experience with Grafana to create data visualizations and dashboards for real-time access management insights.
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance in privileged access management.
Extensive experience responding to audit queries and preparing detailed compliance reports.
Remediation expertise, ensuring CyberArk failed objects comply with security policies and standards.
