🔹Open Positions & Job Descriptions

1. CAFM Administrator (UAE Driving License required)

This role involves managing the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to ensure seamless coordination of all FM operations. The CAFM Administrator updates work orders, tracks asset history, and generates reports to support the maintenance team. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and understanding of FM workflows are essential.

2. MEP Supervisor (UAE Driving License required)

Responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams across assigned sites. The MEP Supervisor ensures job quality, coordinates work schedules, manages site issues, and liaises with clients. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in team management.

3. MEP Technician (UAE Driving License required)

This position includes routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The technician will also assist in the installation of systems and ensure safety standards are met. Prior experience and the ability to work independently are essential.

4. AC Technician

AC Technicians handle installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This includes diagnosing cooling issues, recharging refrigerants, and cleaning filters and coils. They must follow safety protocols and have hands-on experience with different AC units like split and central systems.

5. Electrician

Electricians are responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and wiring. The role requires knowledge of local electrical codes, the ability to read blueprints, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical faults efficiently.

6. Plumber

Plumbers install and repair piping systems in buildings, including water supply and drainage systems. Their tasks include fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and troubleshooting blockages. The role requires familiarity with plumbing tools, fittings, and health & safety standards.

7. Mason

Masons work on construction, repair, and finishing of surfaces using bricks, concrete blocks, or other materials. Their responsibilities include preparing mortar, laying bricks accurately, and ensuring surface leveling. Experience in plastering and tile work is also a plus.

8. Carpenter

Carpenters build, install, and repair frameworks, furniture, and wooden structures. This includes interpreting drawings, using hand and power tools, and ensuring measurements are precise. Experience with door installations, partition walls, and general finishing work is essential.

🔹 الوظائف المفتوحة ووصف الوظائف

1. مسؤول CAFM (يشترط رخصة قيادة إماراتية)

يتضمن هذا الدور إدارة نظام إدارة المرافق بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAFM) لضمان التنسيق السلس لجميع عمليات إدارة المرافق. يقوم مسؤول CAFM بتحديث أوامر العمل، وتتبع سجل الأصول، وإعداد التقارير لدعم فريق الصيانة. تُعد مهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات القوية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وفهم سير عمل إدارة المرافق أمرًا أساسيًا.

2. مشرف ميكانيكا وكهرباء وماء (يشترط رخصة قيادة إماراتية)

مسؤول عن الإشراف على فرق الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة في المواقع المُكلَّفة. يضمن مشرف الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة جودة العمل، وينسق جداول العمل، ويدير مشاكل الموقع، ويتواصل مع العملاء. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح معرفة تقنية قوية، ومهارات قيادية، وخبرة في إدارة الفريق.

3. فني ميكانيكا كهربائية وميكانيكية (يشترط رخصة قيادة إماراتية)

تشمل هذه الوظيفة الصيانة الدورية، وتشخيص الأعطال، وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة. كما سيساعد الفني في تركيب الأنظمة وضمان استيفاء معايير السلامة. الخبرة السابقة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل شرطان أساسيان.

4. فني تكييف

يتولى فنيو تكييف الهواء تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة تكييف الهواء. ويشمل ذلك تشخيص مشاكل التبريد، وإعادة شحن غازات التبريد، وتنظيف الفلاتر والملفات. ويشترط عليهم اتباع بروتوكولات السلامة، وأن تكون لديهم خبرة عملية في استخدام وحدات تكييف الهواء المختلفة، مثل أنظمة التكييف المنفصلة والمركزية.

5. كهربائي

فنيو الكهرباء مسؤولون عن تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية والأسلاك. يتطلب هذا الدور معرفةً باللوائح الكهربائية المحلية، والقدرة على قراءة المخططات، ومهاراتٍ في حل المشكلات الفنية بكفاءة.

6. سباك

يقوم السباكون بتركيب وإصلاح أنظمة الأنابيب في المباني، بما في ذلك أنظمة إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي. تشمل مهامهم إصلاح التسريبات، وتركيب التجهيزات، واستكشاف الانسدادات وإصلاحها. يتطلب هذا الدور إلمامًا بأدوات السباكة والتجهيزات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة.

7. عامل بناء 

يعمل البنّاءون في بناء وإصلاح وتشطيب الأسطح باستخدام الطوب أو الكتل الخرسانية أو مواد أخرى. تشمل مسؤولياتهم تحضير الملاط، ووضع الطوب بدقة، وضمان تسوية الأسطح. كما تُعدّ الخبرة في أعمال الجبس والبلاط ميزة إضافية.

8. نجار

يقوم النجارون ببناء وتركيب وإصلاح الهياكل والأثاث والهياكل الخشبية. يشمل ذلك تفسير الرسومات، واستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والآلية، والتأكد من دقة القياسات. تُعد الخبرة في تركيب الأبواب والجدران الفاصلة وأعمال التشطيب العامة أمرًا أساسيًا.
