Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Administer pre- and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Participate in emergency response situations (Code Blue, Rapid Response) and provide critical care.

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.

Monitor specialized equipment, including ventilators and CRRT, and adjust as necessary.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
