Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.

Adhere to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses.

Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking of workstations, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Responsibilities

Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked.
