🔹 Open Positions:

1. Security Guards – Male

Description: As a male security guard, you will be responsible for protecting clients, premises, and properties from potential threats. Your duties include monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, permitting entry, and reporting irregularities. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and physical endurance. You must also be able to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. A respectful and confident attitude is essential when dealing with the public. Experience in customer service or security is an added advantage. You must be familiar with basic safety protocols and be able to follow orders precisely. Those with prior military or police background are highly encouraged to apply. Flexibility in shift timing and the ability to work in different environments is a plus. Good communication skills are expected. SIRA Certification will give you priority consideration.

2. Security Guards – Female (Hindi Speaking is Mandatory)

Description: We are looking for confident and reliable female security guards who are fluent in Hindi. You will be in charge of ensuring the safety of female-only areas, handling crowd control, and responding to incidents. Communication in Hindi is mandatory to effectively interact with specific client groups. You will also be responsible for conducting patrols, checking surveillance footage, and assisting in emergencies. This role requires mental alertness, a calm demeanor, and a good sense of judgment. Candidates should be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Prior experience in the security field is preferred. Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining respect and courtesy is important.

SIRA certification will give you an advantage. Flexibility in working shifts and multitasking are expected. Only serious and dedicated candidates should apply.

3. Bouncers

Description: As a bouncer, you will be the front-line defense at high-traffic venues like clubs, events, and private functions. Your role includes managing entry points, maintaining order, and intervening during potential disturbances. Physical strength and confidence are essential as you may have to restrain or escort out unruly individuals. Good observational skills and the ability to read body language are key to identifying trouble before it escalates. Professional appearance and calm demeanor are a must. Experience in nightlife security or crowd control will be highly regarded. You should also have conflict resolution skills and quick reflexes. Being able to communicate clearly and de-escalate tense situations without violence is crucial. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and nights, is expected. SIRA Certification preferred.

4. Supervisor

Description: The supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure that guards are fulfilling their duties effectively. You will be responsible for training new recruits, reporting incidents, and coordinating with clients and emergency services. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making critical decisions under pressure. Experience in a similar supervisory role is highly desirable. Familiarity with security software and reporting tools will be beneficial. As a supervisor, you must also handle internal disputes, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and continuously assess team performance. A respectful yet assertive management style is key. SIRA Certification and knowledge of Dubai’s security laws will be an added advantage. Candidates should be adaptable to changing schedules and field assignments.

1. حراس الأمن – ذكور

الوصف: نبحث عن حارسات أمن واثقات وموثوقات، يتقنّ اللغة الهندية. ستتولين مسؤولية ضمان سلامة المناطق المخصصة للنساء فقط، والسيطرة على الحشود، والاستجابة للحوادث. التواصل باللغة الهندية ضروري للتفاعل الفعال مع فئات العملاء المحددة. كما ستتولين مسؤولية تسيير الدوريات، وفحص تسجيلات المراقبة، والمساعدة في حالات الطوارئ. يتطلب هذا الدور يقظة ذهنية، وهدوءًا في السلوك، وحكمة في اتخاذ القرارات.

3. الحراس

الوصف: بصفتك حارسًا أمنيًا، ستكون خط الدفاع الأول في الأماكن المزدحمة مثل النوادي والفعاليات والمناسبات الخاصة. يشمل دورك إدارة نقاط الدخول، والحفاظ على النظام، والتدخل في حال حدوث أي اضطرابات محتملة. القوة البدنية والثقة بالنفس أساسيتان، إذ قد تضطر إلى كبح جماح المشاغبين أو مرافقتهم. مهارات الملاحظة الجيدة والقدرة على قراءة لغة الجسد أساسية لتحديد المشاكل قبل تفاقمها. المظهر الاحترافي والهدوء شرطان أساسيان. تُعتبر الخبرة في مجال أمن الحياة الليلية أو ضبط الحشود موضع تقدير كبير. يجب أن تتمتع أيضًا بمهارات حل النزاعات وسرعة ردود الفعل. القدرة على التواصل بوضوح وتهدئة المواقف المتوترة دون عنف أمر بالغ الأهمية. المرونة في ساعات العمل، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي، أمر متوقع. يُفضل الحصول على شهادة SIRA.

4. المشرف
