Join Our Team: E-Commerce Executive for Noon Seller Account
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our Noon.com seller account. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce marketplace management, inventory planning, and financial reconciliation. You will be responsible for optimizing sales performance, handling FBN logistics, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies related to stock and payments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Noon.com seller account and optimize sales performance.
-
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue on Noon.
-
Monitor Noon payments, track sales revenue, commission deductions, and refunds.
-
Reconcile payments with order reports and follow up on discrepancies.
-
Create and manage FBN shipments, ensuring timely dispatch to Noon warehouses.
-
Monitor inbounded quantities at Noon fulfillment centers and verify stock accuracy.
-
Track transferred quantities between Noon warehouses, ensuring proper stock updates.
-
Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock, shipments, or transfers in collaboration with Noon’s logistics teams.
-
Coordinate with finance teams to resolve payment disputes and delays.
-
Optimize inventory flow to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and delays.
-
Use Noon Seller Lab, Noon Ads, and Noon’s logistics systems for inventory and sales management.

Strong communication skills with account managers, fluent in English.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Noon and Amazon.

Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools.

Experience in financial reconciliation, managing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
