Profit Centre Head

Team Development & Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

  • Set clear performance expectations and support employee development.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Engineering graduate (Civil or Mechanical), preferably with an MBA.

  • 15–20 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a Profit Centre leadership role.

  • Prior experience in [Construction/Engineering/Infrastructure/Manufacturing].

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver top-line and bottom-line targets.

PRO Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10+ years as a PRO Manager or in a similar role, handling large-scale manpower operations.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government processes.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Location: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Salary: AED 10,000 - 20,000 per month, based on experience.

Machine Shop Manager - Ship Building / Ship Repair

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

  • CNC / NC Qualifications.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the design and construction of high-precision instruments at the level of a model maker, with the ability to design and fabricate research equipment based on verbal descriptions of performance needs.

  • Experience in a similar environment or industry.

  • Ability to use engineering measuring equipment.

  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel.

  • Ability to read engineering drawings.

  • Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team









 رئيس مركز الأرباح (Profit Centre Head)

دورك كقائد للفريق:

المهارات المطلوبة:

  • العمل في بيئة / صناعة مشابهة.

  • القدرة على استخدام معدات القياس الهندسية.

  • إجادة استخدام برامج MS Word وExcel.

  • دوافع عالية، قادر على العمل كجزء من فريق.
