Assistant Project Manager - Architecture

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 5 to 7 years' work experience in design and/or construction building projects, partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.

Member of a Professional Engineering or Construction Management Society or another recognized body will be viewed favorably.
Previous work experience in the Middle East would be an advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandatory). Arabic would also be an advantage.
Expertise in Primavera is very beneficial.

Senior Cost Engineer

Other Selection Criteria

We are specifically seeking candidates who are currently based in the UAE.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE is required, with a proven background in working on warehouses, light industrial units, and infrastructure projects.
Strong background in cost management and estimation within the construction sector.
Membership with a recognized professional management institution is preferred.
Proven experience in estimating multi-project programs in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of market costs related to labour, plant, and materials in the UAE; international experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project.

ESG Manager

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5-8 years of related experience in Sustainability or ESG, partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Sustainability or Business Management or a related field.

You will have a good understanding of sustainable business practices, benchmarking, sustainability strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain management.
Familiarity with international ESG standards and reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD) is required.
