Life Pharmacy, one of the fastest-growing retail pharmacy chains in the region, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead – Talent Acquisition to take charge of our recruitment strategies and help shape the future of healthcare retail. Role:

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across the organization

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in pharmacy, retail, supply chain, corporate, and healthcare verticals

• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and drive talent strategies that align with business goals

• Enhance employer branding efforts through campaigns, social media, and partnerships

• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for critical and niche roles

• Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improve processes

• Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role

• Proven experience hiring in high-growth, fast-paced environments – ideally in retail, healthcare, or consumer sectors

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and deliver results

• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems

الدور:

• قيادة وإدارة دورة التوظيف بالكامل للوظائف المتوسطة والعليا عبر المنظمة

• تطوير استراتيجيات مبتكرة لجذب أفضل المواهب في مجالات الصيدلة، والتجزئة، وسلسلة الإمداد، والشركات، والرعاية الصحية

• الشراكة مع قادة الأعمال للتنبؤ باحتياجات التوظيف وقيادة استراتيجيات المواهب التي تتماشى مع أهداف العمل

• تعزيز جهود العلامة التجارية كصاحب عمل من خلال الحملات، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والشراكات

• بناء وصيانة قاعدة بيانات قوية من المواهب للوظائف الحرجة والنادرة

• متابعة مؤشرات التوظيف الرئيسية (مثل الوقت لإتمام التوظيف، جودة التوظيف، إلخ) وتحسين العمليات بشكل مستمر

• ضمان تجربة مرشح سلسة وذات لمسة شخصية طوال رحلة التوظيف

المتطلبات:

• 6–10 سنوات من الخبرة في اكتساب المواهب، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور قيادي أو استراتيجي

• خبرة مثبتة في التوظيف في بيئات سريعة النمو ومتغيرة – ويفضل في مجالات التجزئة أو الرعاية الصحية أو القطاعات الاستهلاكية

• مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل

• مفكر استراتيجي مع القدرة العملية على التنفيذ وتحقيق النتائج

• معرفة بأدوات التوظيف الحديثة، والمنصات، وأنظمة تتبع المتقدمين
