How You Will Do It

 Sales Order Procedure

 Process customer purchase orders and create sales orders

 Work in partnership with sales representatives

 Act as the primary contact for customers, identifying their needs and nurturing strong relationships

 Ensure the best supply solutions are provided to customers

 Purchase Order Requisitions (for specific business units only)

 Shipping: Deliver transport-related instructions and other relevant information

 How You Will Do It

Prepare and organize documents to assist in corporate.

Perform company secretarial duties including resolutions, powers of attorney, license renewal.

File and update corporate files and documents both internally and with the relevant authorities ensuring corporate governance compliance.

Research and advice on jurisdictional laws and regulations in relation to corporate legal matters.

Assist the Legal Director in developing corporate documents, letters, legal opinions, and notices which are referred to the legal department.

Assist in drafting and preparing power of attorneys and following up on their expiry date and renewal process.

Assist in preparing and drafting minutes of meetings of legal matters that are attended by the Legal Director when required.

Assist the legal department team in maintaining good corporate documents filing practice by updating the legal portal of the Legal Department.

Answer other department request and inquiries.

Prepare and draft general assembly meeting, shareholder resolutions, and minutes of shareholders meetings as the case may be under the supervision of the Legal Director.
