IPCO GROUP – Electrical Engineer Vacancy

Position: Electrical Engineer
Job Reference: 2ELC02
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, Immediate Joining
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000

Required Experience:

UAE experience (5+ years) in MEP Construction

Job Description:

Monitor Electrical scope of works for conformance with contract documents
Preparation of engineering logs for the project phase
Review and process Electrical shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements
Liaise with ADDC and relevant authorities for final power connections
Supervise electrical and MEP activities and operations
Review and process Electrical change orders, claims, and proposals
Inspect subcontractor and in-house team work
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical works
Manage Electrical inspections and sign off completed works with proper documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (UAE accreditation preferred)
Minimum of 5 years total experience with 4 years in Construction Administration in Abu Dhabi
Strong technical background and excellent knowledge of Electrical systems and materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to review and comment on documentation
Excellent communication skills
