Structural Engineer

Details:

• Coordinate with the Site Execution Team and ensure all approved drawings are available on-site.

• Collaborate with consultants on civil and architectural submissions.

• Coordinate with subcontractors for engineering submissions such as PQs, materials/samples, and shop drawings.

• Raise RFIs when discrepancies are found in drawings.

• Review shop drawings prepared by draftsmen.

• Review interior design (ID) drawings received from consultants or clients.

• Provide necessary details to the procurement team to finalize procurement packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years total in the GCC.

• Strong technical coordination and engineering submission experience.

Special Skills:

• Proficient in the latest AutoCAD software.

• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Skilled in preparing finishing schedules with complete details.

التفاصيل:

• التنسيق مع فريق التنفيذ في الموقع وضمان توفر المخططات المعتمدة في الموقع.

• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين بخصوص التقديمات المدنية والمعمارية.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين لتقديم التقديمات الهندسية مثل PQ، المواد/العينات، والمخططات التنفيذية.

• رفع طلبات المعلومات (RFI) عند وجود أي تعارض في المخططات.

• مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية المعدة من قبل الرسامين.

• مراجعة مخططات التصميم الداخلي المستلمة من الاستشاري أو العميل.

• تزويد قسم المشتريات بالتفاصيل اللازمة لإعداد باقة المشتريات النهائية.

الشروط:

• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية أو المدنية أو العمارة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال الفني، ومجموع خبرة لا يقل عن 7 سنوات داخل دول الخليج.

• خبرة قوية في التنسيق الفني والتقديمات الهندسية.

المهارات الخاصة:

• إجادة استخدام أحدث برامج AutoCAD.

• قدرة عالية على فهم المخططات الهندسية والمواصفات وجداول الكميات ووثائق المشاريع.

• مهارة في إعداد جداول التشطيبات بكامل تفاصيلها.
