About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Inspector to join our team and ensure that ongoing construction projects align with the highest standards of safety, compliance, and design intent. You will be responsible for conducting detailed site inspections, supporting the design team, and coordinating closely with contractors to guarantee quality execution from foundation to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks on residential and villa developments

• Ensure construction aligns with approved plans, specifications, and local building codes

• Work closely with the design team to verify compliance with architectural standards

• Collaborate with contractors to resolve issues efficiently and maintain construction quality

• Maintain thorough documentation of site findings, reporting deviations or non-conformities

• Provide technical insights to support design enhancements and safety improvements

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of total professional experience

• Minimum 5 years on high-rise residential or villa development projects

• Proven experience working within consultancy firms

• Deep understanding of building codes, architectural principles, and construction processes

• Hands-on experience in inspection and quality assurance

• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline

• Professional certifications (e.g., Building Inspector, LEED AP) are highly desirable

المهام الرئيسية

• إجراء فحوصات ميدانية دقيقة وفحوصات ضبط الجودة للمشاريع السكنية والفلل

• التأكد من التزام التنفيذ بالمخططات والمواصفات والمعايير المحلية

• التنسيق مع فريق التصميم لمراجعة وتأكيد التوافق مع المعايير المعمارية

• التواصل مع المقاولين لحل أي مشكلات فنية أو هندسية

• توثيق كافة الملاحظات في الموقع ورفع تقارير تفصيلية عند الحاجة

• تقديم رؤى هندسية لتحسين الجودة والسلامة في المشاريع

المؤهلات

• أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة عملية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الأبراج السكنية أو الفلل

• خبرة سابقة في العمل مع شركات استشارية

• إلمام شامل بقوانين البناء والمعايير المعمارية والممارسات الإنشائية

• خبرة عملية في الفحص وضبط الجودة

• دقة ملاحظة ومهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات عالية

• مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة مع الفرق المختلفة

• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج أوفيس

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو المدنية أو تخصص مشابه

• شهادات مهنية مثل LEED AP أو مفتش مبانٍ تعتبر ميزة إضافية
