Job Description:

• 12-15 years of experience in management of ASME authorized fabrication facility for execution of shop projects involving pressure vessels and process packages, as well as site piping projects.

• Leadership skills with the ability to make decisions in line with the project requirements.

• Excellent computer skills and man management.

• Take charge of complete project and client interaction.

• End-to-end handling of the project, including planning, commercial, scheduling, etc.

• In-depth experience in reviewing work procedures, execution plans, and contract-specific work procedures.

• Technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting procedures.

• Overall project management and control of different projects related to ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and 2 coded pressure vessels and process equipment.

• Overall project management and control of different site projects for process piping.

• Focal point for all activities from resource and equipment planning, workforce recruitment, induction and control, and completion schedule management until commissioning of the project.

• Planning and scheduling of works for fabrication, construction, and erection.

• Resolving problems and providing instructions for any technical queries.

• Preparing progress reports for projects and mentioning all modification works.

• Scheduling for manpower, material, and equipment.

• Monitoring all supplies provided by external vendors and ensuring that all materials meet specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• B Tech, BE / M Tech (Mechanical/Production).

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Must possess at least ten years of construction experience in site construction for the Oil & Gas sector.

• Must be willing for site deputation in the GCC.

• GCC driving license preferable, though not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED 12,500.00 - AED 15,000.00 per month

وصف الوظيفة:

• خبرة من 12 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة منشأة تصنيع معتمدة من ASME لتنفيذ المشاريع الخاصة بالأوعية الضاغطة وحزم العمليات، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع الأنابيب في المواقع.

• مهارات قيادية مع القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات تتماشى مع متطلبات المشروع.

• مهارات حاسوبية ممتازة وإدارة القوى العاملة.

• تولي مسؤولية المشروع بالكامل والتفاعل مع العميل.

• التعامل الشامل مع المشروع بما في ذلك التخطيط، التجارة، الجدولة، إلخ.

• خبرة عميقة في مراجعة إجراءات العمل، خطط التنفيذ، وإجراءات العمل الخاصة بالعقود.

• معرفة تقنية في المواد، لحام، إجراءات الطلاء/التلوين.

• إدارة المشروع الشاملة والتحكم في مختلف المشاريع المتعلقة بالأوعية الضاغطة والمعايير ASME Sec VIII Div 1 و 2 ومعدات العمليات.

• إدارة المشروع الشاملة والتحكم في مشاريع المواقع المختلفة لخطوط الأنابيب.

• نقطة الاتصال لجميع الأنشطة بدءًا من تخطيط الموارد والمعدات، تجنيد القوى العاملة، والتوجيه والسيطرة، وإدارة الجدول الزمني حتى تنفيذ المشروع.

• تخطيط وجدولة الأعمال للتصنيع والبناء والتركيب.

• حل المشكلات وتقديم التعليمات لأي استفسارات فنية.

• إعداد تقارير تقدم المشاريع وذكر جميع الأعمال المعدلة.

• الجدولة للقوى العاملة، المواد، والمعدات.

• مراقبة جميع الإمدادات المقدمة من البائعين الخارجيين وضمان أن جميع المواد تتوافق مع المواصفات ومعايير الجودة.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس تكنولوجيا، بكالوريوس / ماجستير (ميكانيكا / إنتاج).

• 12-15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة النفط والغاز.

• يجب أن يمتلك ما لا يقل عن عشر سنوات من الخبرة في البناء في المواقع لقطاع النفط والغاز.

• يجب أن يكون مستعدًا للتكليف في المواقع داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• رخصة قيادة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مفضلة ولكن ليست ضرورية.
