🔧 Available Positions:

Senior HVAC Technician:

• Handle complex HVAC systems, perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance in commercial facilities.

Senior Electrical Technician:

• Maintain and troubleshoot high/low voltage systems, ensure electrical compliance, and oversee energy-saving initiatives.

Senior BMS Operator:

• Monitor and control Building Management Systems, ensure energy efficiency, and resolve faults in automation systems.

Civil Supervisor (with DL):

• Lead a team of civil technicians, oversee construction/repair works, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

Kitchen & Laundry Technician:

• Maintain kitchen and laundry equipment, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure safe operation of appliances.

Senior ELV Technician:

• Install and maintain Extra Low Voltage systems like CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intercoms.

Senior Mechanical Technician:

• Repair and maintain mechanical infrastructure including pumps, plumbing systems, and motors.

Female Technician:

• Specialized female candidates to support technical maintenance works in specific client environments.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management and maintenance.
• Technical qualifications are mandatory for all roles.
• Good level of English literacy is required.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

فني أنظمة ELV أول:

• تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة منخفضة الجهد مثل كاميرات المراقبة وأنظمة الإنذار.

فني ميكانيكي أول:

• صيانة أنظمة الميكانيكا كالمضخات والأنابيب والمحركات.

فنية صيانة:

• توفير الدعم الفني للعمليات في بيئات عمل مخصصة للنساء.

✅ المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة وصيانة المرافق.
• مؤهل فني إلزامي لجميع الوظائف.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
• رخصة قيادة إماراتية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
