- Process DP World Payment within the same day of BOE / ED date
- Download and merge inbound and outbound documents within 24 hours of BOE processing
- File non-remittance claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB
- Create folders and save files for outbound after ED is processed
- Check and update COK status for inbound
- Support inbound and outbound processing
- Deliver on set KRA’s for self and the team
- Maintain accurate records of customs documents
- Ensure all documents are submitted and processed timely
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth customs clearance operations

MHE Technician

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely
- Perform regular inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in equipment
- Document and report all repairs and maintenance activities
- Work with other departments to ensure MHE availability
- Ensure safety standards are followed during maintenance work
- Perform preventative maintenance on MHE equipment
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment
- Provide training and guidance to operators on safe equipment usage
