We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah.
Experience in heavy equipment and machinery
The applicant must have mandatory experience in heavy equipment and machinery sales , with strong ability to understand technical and interact with customers.
Experience with aerial work platforms
Sales and rental experience with Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) , including telescopic and scissor lifts, spider cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, and truck-mounted cranes is required .
Knowledge of the UAE market
The applicant must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the UAE in the same or related field, with a clear understanding of local market dynamics and trends.
Educational qualifications

Main responsibilities:
Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring that real estate transactions are accurately recorded.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Conducting account and bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable related to property expenses and tenant payments.
Track and report revenue from rental properties or real estate investments.
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for real estate and real estate portfolios
