Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all facility services including maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and space management.

• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the facility.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets for facility operations, ensuring cost-effective services.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize facility functionality.
