Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security infrastructure of the organization, ensuring that all systems, networks, and applications are protected from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. As an IT Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's data, systems, and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Security Infrastructure Management:

Implement, manage, and continuously improve security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption tools to ensure the safety of all IT systems.

Implement and monitor HSEQ policy: Enforce HSEQ policies, procedures, and practices across all departments and sites. Ensure strict adherence to policies to maintain the integrity of operational activities.

Emergency procedures and safety measures: Implement and monitor emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signage, protective clothing, equipment, and accident/incident reporting to the Facilities Manager and relevant authorities.

Risk assessments and control measures: Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate risks.

Safe operational procedures: Develop safe operational procedures that account for all relevant hazards.

Promote HSEQ culture: Foster a culture of responsibility, compliance, and continuous improvement in all aspects of HSEQ. Monitor and implement initiatives to minimize accidents and incidents.

Site inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that policies and procedures are being properly implemented.

Lead health and safety training: Deliver in-house training sessions with managers and employees regarding health and safety issues and associated risks.
