Details

We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in logistics, particularly in the UAE or GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in English and a Bachelor’s degree with a scientific background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export invoices for warehouse and vendor shipments.

• Confirm orders with the logistics and import teams.

• Coordinate order availability with the supply chain team.

• Prepare the price list and pallet configurations.

• Prepare production lists.

• Handle shipment and required documents for all export invoices.

• Monitor product costs and update the system frequently with the updated price list.

• Follow up on shipping details and payments, ensuring timely order confirmation.

• Perform data entry for all costs in the system.

• Follow up on existing account statements and payment receivables.

• Prepare exhibition shipments and required export documents.

• Prepare listing documents and files for new customers.

• Monitor near-expiry items and ensure timely returns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree with a scientific background.

• Knowledge of logistics operations, export documentation, and inventory management.

• التعامل مع الشحنات والوثائق المطلوبة لجميع فواتير التصدير.

• مراقبة تكلفة المنتجات وتحديث النظام بانتظام مع قائمة الأسعار.

• متابعة تفاصيل الشحن والمدفوعات وضمان استلام وتأكيد الطلب في الوقت المحدد.

• إدخال البيانات لجميع التكاليف في النظام.

• متابعة بيانات الحسابات الحالية والمدفوعات المستحقة.

• إعداد شحنات المعارض والوثائق المطلوبة للتصدير.

• إعداد وثائق الإدراج والملفات للعملاء الجدد.

• متابعة المنتجات التي تقترب من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وإرجاعها في الوقت المحدد.

الشروط

• 1-2 سنة من الخبرة في اللوجستيات، ويفضل أن تكون في الإمارات أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية.

• درجة بكالوريوس في مجال علمي.

• معرفة بعمليات اللوجستيات، الوثائق المتعلقة بالتصدير، وإدارة المخزون.
