Business Support Executive with verification

Responsibilities:

1, Business Support: Provide high-level business support, including performance management, meeting preparations, reporting and communications. Work closely and effectively with Department Managers, with follow-upon projects, tasks and deliverables at all times being well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately as required.

2, Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

3, Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes drafting and editing emails, reports, and presentations.

4, Data Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records. Ensure that all information is easily accessible and up to date.

5, Contracts Management: Custodian and management of all business agreements, contracts and legal documents.

Global Manager - Finance Analyst, Global Logistics

Key Accountabilities

Support by attending client meetings to evaluate and refine suitable business models and solutions, ensuring both commercial and financial viability.

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research to support potential investment opportunities.

Assist in the preparation of business cases and supporting investment notes.

Prepare business cases covering business models, competitive environments, strategic benefits, synergies, project returns (IRR, NPV, ROCE, etc.).

Collaborate with the Head Office team and regional teams to gather information and provide necessary suggestions on projects.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

 University degree in Accounting/ Economics, followed by a CPA / ACA qualification 

 Approx. 5 years tax experience (preferably as a member of a Big4 tax team and/or industry experience within the tax team of a global multinational) 

 A proven ability to deal with a range of tax matters, specifically tax accounting/reporting, Corporate Tax advisory and tax compliance. 

 Experience in using Oracle TRCs or equivalent web-based tax reporting tool is a plus 

 Solid experience of using all MS applications (Excel/Visio/World/Power point) 

 Good communicator with solid analytical and problem-solving skills, good commercial acumen 

 Commercial awareness and understanding of business needs 

 Fluency in English 

Global Senior Manager Process Excellence & Innovation

Identify opportunities to implement latest disruptive initiatives aimed at reducing either time, productivity or increase in operations quality across teams

Implement mechanisms to provide visibility of all innovation and tech projects to leadership
