Coordination: Cooperate with all different departments and administrations to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree

3-5 Years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.

Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and staff.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory records for tools, spare parts, equipment, and materials.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.

Perform periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods efficiently.

Prepare inventory reports using Excel .

Requirements:

 Proven experience in a storekeeping role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.,) and experience in Oracle ERP is an added advantage.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف على المتجر: الإشراف على جميع العمليات داخل متجر الفرع، وضمان العمليات السلسة والفعالة.

الإشراف على الفريق: الإشراف على فريق المتجر، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم لضمان الأداء العالي.

خدمة العملاء: ضمان مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة الممتازة وحل المشكلات بسرعة.

الالتزام بالسلامة: التأكد من الالتزام بقواعد وإجراءات السلامة داخل المستودع.

مراقبة الجودة: الحفاظ على معايير عالية لجودة وحالة البضائع المخزنة.

التقارير: إعداد وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أداء المستودعات وأنشطة الفريق.

التنسيق: التعاون مع كافة الإدارات والإدارات المختلفة لضمان سير عمليات سلسلة التوريد بسلاسة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

أمين مخزن

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

صيانة وتحديث سجلات المخزون للأدوات وقطع الغيار والمعدات والمواد.

مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق مع فريق المشتريات لتجديد المخزون.

إجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية للمخزون وحل التناقضات.

إدارة استلام وتخزين وإصدار البضائع بكفاءة.

إعداد تقارير المخزون باستخدام Excel .

تأكد من أن تنظيم المتجر يتماشى مع معايير السلامة والتشغيل.

متطلبات :

 خبرة مثبتة في دور المستودع.
