 Unlock a Dynamic Supply Chain Role in the UAE – Join Us as a Supply Planner! 

Responsibilities

Demand and Supply Planning

• Collaborate with Cartier HQ and Central Operations to analyze and consolidate regional sales forecasts

• Evaluate supply needs and manage stock policies

• Set allocation priorities, execute gap analyses, and enhance forecasting accuracy

• Drive efficiency across the supply chain through collaborative planning

Novelties Management

• Partner with Regional Marketing and HQ teams to finalize yearly forecasts for new product launches

• Define launch assortments and build effective allocation strategies

• Monitor key performance indicators (Sell-Thru, Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery) for performance tracking

Inventory Planning

• Define product assortments per region and monitor inventory levels

• Propose buy-back strategies, analyze inventory data, and ensure alignment with financial targets

• Manage short-term inventory priorities in collaboration with stakeholders

Process Improvement & Analytics

• Lead continuous improvements in demand and supply planning processes

• Take ownership of KPI tracking and play an active role in S&OP cycles

• Participate in cross-functional regional supply chain projects

Your Profile for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Knowledge of planning systems and ERP tools is a plus

• Passion for luxury, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

التحليل والتحسين المستمر

• قيادة تحسينات مستمرة في عمليات التخطيط

• تتبع مؤشرات الأداء والمشاركة في المشاريع الإقليمية

• دعم دورات S&OP وتحقيق التناسق في العمليات

مواصفات النجاح

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات

• مهارات تواصل عالية والعمل الجماعي
