Monitor the inventory of resources related to logistics activities, check-up on the related cost, and submit all relevant information to supervisor to ensure appropriate cost control.

Implements and maintains appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure access to up-to-date information at all times.

Coordinate with internal or external parties regarding the provision of support services to the logistics department and schedule their interventions in coordination with the logistics manager to avoid breakdowns/incidents.

Identify and solve day-to-day basic problems/errors and escalate uncommon or complex ones in order to ensure work conformity to requirements.

Review and discuss the look-ahead planning with the senior/section engineer, organize, prioritize, and assign work to foremen, and coordinate positively with other field personnel to avoid functional conflicts and ensure timely completion of work.

Study and understand all drawings, specifications, method statements, material data sheets, safety practices, and other relevant documentation. Raise any incomprehensible issues to ensure full understanding of job requirements.

Communicate to foremen the needed information and provide them with necessary technical assistance to execute work at high-quality standards and meet the project’s requirements.

Identify and agree with the section engineer on the planned productivity rate of each subsection, monitor its fluctuation, and take necessary measures to avoid exceeding acceptable limits.

Coordinate closely with foremen to assess and provide needed resources (people, materials, equipment, tools), inform the senior/section engineer, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of resources according to specifications.

Monitor the execution of work based on specifications/requirements/standards, pinpoint discrepancies, review QA/QC reports, suggest corrective actions, and escalate critical issues promptly.

Carry out regular meetings to enhance awareness and identify solutions for problems/discrepancies, as well as improvement plans related to quality, safety, and other project requirements.
