Planning Engineer

  • Develop project program in accordance with the project scope of work.

  • Ensure the timely preparation of charts and diagrams as required for reports, indicating planned, actual, and forecasted timelines.

  • Prepare narratives for reports, analyze achievements and their likely effects on remaining scope of work.

  • Attend regular progress meetings with project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to ensure the work is carried out in line with the agreed program.

  • Assist Operation Manager & Quantity Surveyor in tracking the project against its baseline schedule.

  • Identify potential areas of delay, highlight critical events, and suggest/provide mitigation measures during progress meetings.

  • Update programs and preparation of reports (weekly).

  • Prepare monthly progress reports.

  • Support in preparing any documentation required by the Operation Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the construction industry, showcasing our projects, expertise, and values.

  • Create and curate visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to highlight our construction projects. Proficiency in photoshoots and video editing is required.

  • Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Monitor and actively engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track engagement, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing.

  • Experience in photoshoots and video editing.
