Senior Officer - Operations Data & Analytics

What We Seek:

 A passion for Aviation Data and Regulations

Expertise in process mapping/modeling and meticulous project documentation

Strong analytical capabilities complemented by exceptional presentation, data analysis, and visualization skills

A natural aptitude for numbers and a clear grasp of various statistical techniques

Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI

Proficiency in Database Performance Tuning and Database Management

Fundamentals of Software Development, including data maintenance and database security

Masterful data visualization techniques, engaging analytics dashboard design, captivating infographic displays, and best practices for information delivery

A keen understanding of effective data representation beyond pie charts

Bachelor’s degree level in a numerical or computer science subject

Architectural Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and refine architectural designs, ensuring alignment with building codes and sustainability standards.

Review and approve architectural drawings and design packages.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.

Drive design quality and compliance throughout all phases of development and construction.

Senior Manager – Operations Performance Improvement

Essential Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Airport Collaborative Decision-Making (A-CDM) concepts and the related impacts and benefits for airport and airline operations

Experience in implementing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma for process optimization.

Knowledge and operational understanding of Airport Conditions of Use and compliance documentation, detailing resource usability limitations, processing capacity at each touchpoint, and an understanding of the Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) Capacity Declaration.

Knowledge of the main types of commercial and private aircraft and their requirements.

Understanding of Slot Allocation, along with data management and consolidation processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of airport operational resources and processes, including landside operations, passenger, baggage, and cargo handling, as well as check-in procedures, data management, and slot approval.

Familiarity with airport and airline disruption and emergency procedures, including incident management per regulatory requirements.
