1. Project Manager - Civil Engineering graduate, with 15 years local experience, must have independently handled projects from start to finish, and be conversant with Safety, Quality, Technical, Planning, Procurement, and Budgeting functions of a Project.

2. Civil Project Engineer - Graduate Civil engineer, 10 years local site experience, and can handle site construction works independently.

3. Site Engineer Civil - 5 years experience in site construction, survey, layouts, etc.

4. QC Site Engineer - Years of experience at site level execution and inspection, and be involved in the correctness of works before Consultants' inspections.

5. Safety Engineer - Mechanical engineering graduate with NEBOSH, IOSH qualifications, with 10 years local experience in handling independent projects.

6. Quantity Surveyor - 5 years experience, conversant with measurements of works, and sub-contractors' billing and submission of invoices to clients.

7. Site Supervisor/Foreman - Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 15 years of experience in site-related works, and be conversant in shuttering, reinforcement, concrete, and masonry works.

8. Store Keeper - 10 years experience in locally managing a construction company's site stores, with knowledge of vendors, materials, consumables, and tools. Must be computer literate.

9. Time Keeper - Local experience of attendance recording at big construction sites, knowledge of computers.

10. Surveyor - Knowledge of working with Total Station and Level instruments, and knowledge of transferring and fixing site coordinates and levels.

11. Document Controller - Site experience in typing correspondences, organizing files, and TO/FRO correspondences.

12. Planning Engineer - Civil engineering graduate with 10 years planning and scheduling experience in a local contracting setup, must be conversant with Primavera latest editions, should be able to make cashflow and progress presentations to the client.

13. Draughtsman - Diploma in engineering, local experience of drafting with AutoCAD and should be conversant in creating shop drawings, site coordination drawings, and As-Built's.
