الوصف الوظيفي

هذا الدور يتطلب العمل بدوام كامل في مقر الشركة في دبي.

سيكون المحاسب مسؤولاً عن:

• إدارة جميع المعاملات المالية (المبيعات، النفقات، والمدفوعات)

• إعداد وفحص البيانات المالية

• التأكد من الامتثال للوائح المحاسبة الإماراتية

• الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة ومحدثة

• تسوية بيانات الحسابات البنكية شهريًا

• إدارة الحسابات المستحقة والدائنة

• معالجة الرواتب بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد

• إعداد تقارير مالية منتظمة للإدارة

• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات المالية

• دعم التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية

• التعامل مع إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة، إقرارات الضرائب المؤسسية، وتقارير مكافحة غسل الأموال

• المساهمة في التحليل المالي والتخطيط الاستراتيجي

المهارات المطلوبة:

• مهارات التعامل بين الأشخاص

Accountant Required

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at Kirpa Properties, located in Dubai.

The Accountant will be responsible for:

• Managing all financial transactions (sales, expenses, and payments)

• Preparing and examining financial statements

• Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting regulations and laws

• Maintaining accurate and updated financial records

• Reconciling bank statements monthly

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Processing payroll accurately and on time

• Preparing regular financial reports for management

• Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Supporting internal and external audits

• Handling VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and AML reporting

• Contributing to financial analysis and strategic planning
