About the Role

We are currently hiring a dynamic Strategy Consultant who will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting business planning, product development, and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. This role involves developing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, optimizing project execution, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Business Planning & Execution

   • Assist in developing short-term and long-term business strategies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

   • Analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

   • Collaborate with leadership to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

2. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

   • Identify opportunities to streamline business operations, improve workflow efficiencies, and enhance productivity.

   • Develop and implement standardized processes, policies, and frameworks for business operations.

   • Support cross-functional teams in driving process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.

3. Day-to-Day Business Planning & Execution

   • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for senior leadership.

4. Project Oversight & Coordination

   • Ensure that projects align with business priorities and are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

   • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

   • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth business transitions and operational changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business management, business administration, or relevant fields.

• 5-7 years in business operations, strategic planning, product development, or a similar operational role.

• Experience in business consulting, process optimization, or project management preferred.

• Strong capabilities in business strategy development, process improvement, and product development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Language Skills

4. الإشراف على المشاريع والتنسيق

   • دعم فرق المشاريع في تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة المشاريع المتعلقة بالأعمال.

   • ضمان توافق المشاريع مع أولويات الأعمال وإتمامها ضمن النطاق والميزانية والجداول الزمنية المحددة.

   • الحفاظ على توثيق شامل للمشاريع والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان الشفافية والتوافق.

5. التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل

   • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، وضمان التواصل الواضح والفعال.

   • العمل عن كثب مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان التوافق مع أهداف الأعمال.

   • المساعدة في مبادرات إدارة التغيير لضمان انتقالات الأعمال والتغييرات التشغيلية بسلاسة.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة الأعمال أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

About the Role
We are currently hiring a dynamic Finance Administrator to assist the Finance team with day-to-day tasks and operations. The role will primarily support the Senior Accountant in monitoring and clearing transactions on the Internal ERP system at Meydan Free Zone.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and clear transactions on the Internal ERP system.

• Assist in vouching and verification of supplier invoices.

• Tagging accounts for customers and suppliers in the Accounting Software.

• Handling petty cash.

• Booking bills to the expense/cost accounts with supporting documentation.

• Assist Senior Accountant with daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions; prepare daily management reports.

• Assist in audits when necessary.

• Provide support to team members on all accounting processes when required.

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

To Join Our Team, You Will Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification.

• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) – moderate proficiency required.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.

Role Overview
We are currently hiring a dynamic Business Growth Advisor to join our sales team. This role involves managing and following up on sales renewal inquiries from various sources, such as phone calls, emails, chats, and walk-in clients. The advisor will be responsible for educating clients on renewals and Meydan Free Zone (MFZ) rules, meeting monthly KPIs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and update client status on CRM (ZOHO) and educate them about renewals and MFZ rules.

• Achieve monthly renewal KPIs, maintain high conversion rates, and generate revenue through in-depth product knowledge.

• Provide regular reports on completed renewals and coordinate with various teams to meet client requirements.

• Offer transparent and accurate information to clients and prepare necessary reports for the Line Manager.

• Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager or team leader.

Qualifications and Skills
