Available Vacancies: 

VRF Technician

• Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems.

• Strong knowledge of installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Ability to diagnose and repair faults in VRF systems efficiently.

• Familiarity with Daikin, LG, or Mitsubishi VRF units is preferred.

• Skilled in using HVAC tools and electrical testing instruments.

• Understanding of refrigerant handling and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

• Physically fit and capable of working in various environments.

• Basic communication skills in English.

HVAC Technician

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair.

• Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and duct systems.

• Ability to perform installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Skilled in handling refrigerants and pressure testing.

• Capable of reading blueprints and technical specifications.

• Familiar with electrical wiring related to HVAC systems.

• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Mason

• Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role in construction.

• Skilled in bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and concrete work.

• Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions.

• Knowledge of mixing materials like cement, mortar, and grout.

• Experience using masonry tools and equipment safely.

• Capable of measuring accurately and working to precise standards.

• Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks.

• Understanding of basic safety procedures on site.

• Attention to detail and finishing quality.

• Team player with a hardworking and reliable attitude.

Requirements:

✔️ 2–3 years of experience in a Facilities Management company
✔️ Minimum ITI or Diploma qualification (not required for Mason role)
✔️ Preference for candidates on a visit visa or with a cancelled visa
