Job Overview
ENERCO Contracting Co LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work at the company’s headquarters in Thouban, Fujairah (10 minutes from Al Dhaid, Sharjah). The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management and will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing manpower requirements from project/site managers

• Posting job vacancies and screening candidates

• Conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical interviews, preparing job offers and contracts

• Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts
