هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل عن بُعد لمطور أعمال في مجال تقنية المعلومات والموارد البشرية في عجمان. سيكون المسؤول عن تطوير وإدارة مشاريع تقنية المعلومات والموارد البشرية، وتعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء، وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع. تشمل المهام اليومية تطوير الموارد البشرية، التدريب والتطوير، إدارة الموارد البشرية، وبناء العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل لضمان أفضل نتائج للمشاريع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ERP لتقنية المعلومات مثل SAP و Oracle و MS D365 و Salesforce.

• مهارات في تطوير الموارد البشرية وإدارة الموارد البشرية.

• خبرة في التدريب والتطوير وبناء العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل.

• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع وخبرة في تطبيق أفضل الممارسات.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT and HR Business Development Executive based in Ajman. The executive will be responsible for developing and managing IT and HR projects, fostering client relationships, and implementing best practices in project management. Daily tasks will include human resource development, training and development, HR management, and employer branding to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Good Knowledge in IT ERP like SAP, Oracle, MS D365, and Salesforce.

• Human Resource Development, Human Resources (HR), and HR Management skills.

• Experience in Training & Development and Employer Branding.

• Strong project management skills and experience in applying best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Use the Zoho system to prepare invoices.

2. Pay the company expenses.

3. Regularly check and manage product inventory through Zoho system.

4. Follow up on whether the customer has received the goods and maintain the relationship.

5. Monitor the working status of office sales staff.

6. Recruit office staff through Indeed or other channels (HR).

7. Upload product videos and images to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, familiar with office software (Excel, Zoho, etc.).

2. 1+ year of product inventory management experience.

3. Fluent in spoken English, strong written skills, fast typing skills.

4. Team spirit, strong service orientation, conscientious and responsible work ethic.
