Candidate Profile:

Activities:
Under the supervision of the Legal Manager, MENA, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the corporate law aspects of the existing entities of TotalEnergies Renewables in the region, including leading the incorporation of entities, preparing boards and shareholders’ meetings, and ensuring compliance with the governance rules of these entities.

Launching RfPs for the selection of advisors.

Supporting senior team members of the legal team in general.
-
Drafting and/or reviewing a wide range of contracts (power purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, MOUs, joint development agreements, shareholders’ agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, land agreements) and actively participating in their negotiation.

Preparing legal documentation for responses to tenders for renewable projects and following the legal aspects of such projects once awarded (creation or participation in joint ventures, implementation of agreements).
