Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Conduct engaging and professional interviews with a range of guests.
• Research guests, topics, and current trends to prepare insightful questions.
• Facilitate discussions in a way that encourages authentic storytelling and meaningful insights.
• Work with our production team to ensure episodes are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Build rapport with guests to ensure they feel comfortable during interviews.
• Occasionally attend in-person interviews or events if required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to promote podcast episodes effectively.
• Possess clear diction and strong presentation skills.
• Previous experience in podcasting, broadcasting, journalism, or interviewing is preferred.
• A genuine interest in security, intelligence, or related industries is advantageous.

• البحث عن الضيوف والمواضيع والاتجاهات الحالية لإعداد أسئلة ثاقبة.
• تسهيل النقاشات بطريقة تشجع على سرد القصص بشكل أصيل واستخلاص رؤى قيمة.
• العمل مع فريق الإنتاج لضمان تسليم الحلقات في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.
• بناء علاقة جيدة مع الضيوف لضمان شعورهم بالراحة أثناء المقابلات.
• حضور المقابلات أو الفعاليات الشخصية عند الحاجة.
• التعاون مع فرق التسويق والإعلام للترويج الفعّال للحلقات.
• التحدث بوضوح والتمتع بمهارات عرض قوية.
• يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في البودكاست أو البث أو الصحافة أو المقابلات.
