About the Job:
- Contribute to the development of the Group’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and mitigate legal risks.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities across all Group entities, primarily in the UAE, Middle East, East Asia, and Africa.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Advisor with an interest in corporate and commercial law, shipping, oil & gas, marine construction, and engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in these fields and a strong understanding of corporate law, contractual matters, and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, including charterparty agreements, subcontracts, service agreements, NDAs, JV agreements, MOUs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
