HR Executive - Onboarding Specialist
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation such as contracts and offer letters
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all onboarding activities are completed on time
- Guide new employees through the necessary paperwork and company policies
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the onboarding process
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires

Inventory Controller - Food and Beverage
- Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory across multiple locations
- Perform daily updates and stock checks to ensure accurate inventory data

- Conduct regular spot checks and ensure proper storage and handling of inventory
- Generate reports on stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
- Manage requisitions and ensure no item leaves stores without proper documentation
- Maintain compliance with company policies regarding inventory control
Junior Graphic Designer
- Design digital assets for email campaigns, print collateral, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with the Art Director to conceptualize and implement design solutions
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards, including colors, fonts, and layout
- Present design concepts to internal teams for feedback and revisions
- Review designs for accuracy and consistency before publication
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software tools
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives
Operations Manager
