نحن نبحث عن قائد تقني سيلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تطوير المنتجات، القيادة التقنية، وإدارة البنية التحتية. يتطلب هذا الدور توازنًا بين التفاعل مع العملاء، قيادة الفريق، التطوير العملي، والإشراف على موثوقية النظام. سيعمل المرشح المثالي عن كثب مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد متطلبات العمل، وترجمتها إلى مهام تقنية، وضمان تنفيذ سلس لعمليات التطوير، والاختبار، والنشر.

المتطلبات:

درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
من 6 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير Full Stack.
خبرة قوية في:
- Backend: PHP، Laravel، MySQL (تصميم المخططات، الفهرسة، تحسين الاستعلامات)، Redis (التخزين المؤقت، تحسين الأداء)، Firebase Realtime Database.
- Frontend: React، Next.js، TypeScript، أطر CSS.
- الأنظمة في الوقت الفعلي: خبرة في الميزات في الوقت الفعلي مثل المزادات، تطبيقات المراسلة أو لوحات المعلومات الحية.
خبرة في تحسين الأداء للتطبيقات سواء في الـ Backend أو الـ Frontend.
