Responsibilities and Key Activities:

Safety First: Prioritize safety on-site by applying good safety practices.

Role Description
Customer Solutions Order Engineer (CSE Engineer, Solution)
The Customer Solutions Order Engineer provides technical expertise to the sales team and FL (Front Line) CSE. This role involves understanding customer needs and transforming them into optimal KONE solutions.
The CSE Engineer, Solution is part of KONE's early engagement team, ensuring that KONE offerings and specifications are included in the customer's building specifications.
In focus are non-standard tendering cases, and the CSE Engineer, Solution is responsible for the overall solution, including integrations, solutions, services, and products. This role includes defining specifications, costs, and lead times in cooperation with front-line teams, the Supply Line, and Area and Global support functions.
The CSE Engineer, Solution must have a deep understanding of KONE’s new solutions, such as project management and installation across various business lines, and a holistic understanding of customer segments like retail, infrastructure, residential, office, or healthcare.
Additionally, the CSE Engineer, Solution takes all product and planning aspects into account when defining solutions, including corporate materials from the supply line, local materials from sourcing, and the costing of engineering and installation.

The Senior Installation Engineer is accountable for the safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of KONE solutions, adhering to the agreed scope of work, schedule, and budget.
