Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary assessment and investigation of received reports, complaints, or other obtained leads.
- Perform cost review, data screening, and verification of approved leads, drafting basic investigation reports.

- Assist in compliance and trade information protection training, safety supervision, and regulatory improvements.

As a Legal Counsel based in the UAE, you will be responsible for providing legal support across GCC countries. You will be part of Xiaomi’s growing International Legal & Compliance Team, operating in a highly dynamic and international environment.
Job Requirements:
- Provide legal advice and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts.
- Develop and localize guidelines, policies, and templates.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service for major home appliances in the Middle East, including TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Oversee service quality metrics and optimize service networks and bases.
- Supervise service providers and service teams to meet regional business requirements set by headquarters.
- Enhance and continuously improve the national service network coverage.
- Support major service operations, travel to sites to resolve process execution bottlenecks, and manage on-site service provider teams.
- Monitor service metrics by organizing regular progress meetings.
- Manage service settlements, contracts, spare parts, and warehouse operations.
- Handle 2B customer needs, manage customer feedback (VOC), and improve service satisfaction.
- Select and standardize home appliance suppliers, ensuring efficient installation and repair operations.
- Conduct service satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and implement improvement plans.
